Anniversary
Alumni Weekend in Washington D.C. October 9-12

Alumni Volunteers from our most recent missions in partnership with the U.S. Navy, land-based missions throughout the world, and ranging all the way back to the original SS HOPE, will gather in Washington, D.C. October 9-12 to reminisce, and to celebrate Project HOPE's 50th Anniversary.

Included in the Reunion Weekend's activities will be a lunch reception at Washington's Naval Heritage Center, featuring an on-going exhibit on the history of Naval Medicine, which highlights the unique humanitarian-assistance partnership between Project HOPE and the U.S. Navy.

Join the Alumni at the Naval Heritage Center as part of a weekend of events in the Capitol City.  Our staff can work with you to arrange a full itinerary: consider the newly opened Lincoln’s Cottage at the Armed Forces Retirement Home, the “Dreamers & Believers” exhibit in celebration of the National Cathedral’s centennial, a City Segway tour, an Old Town Trolley, or the “Spies of Washington” tour.  Contact Elizabeth Friend-Ennis for more information.
