HIV/AIDS Education in Lithuania Program (HELP) – This program provides training for case managers dealing with people living with HIV/AIDS; high risk population; and people with special needs. The HELP program places the individual person with complex health and social needs in the focus of prevention, treatment, and care efforts and will train multidisciplinary teams of medical, health and social workers in current best practices to address the patient’s special needs in a coordinated, continuous and holistic fashion.

Managing Change: The Expanding Role of Middle Managers in Hospitals -
The goal of this ongoing program is to improve patient care by upgrading management skills of key hospital and health professional’s staff.  This initiative is an extension of Project HOPE’s successful health care management training program, which began in the early 1990s.
